摘要:

针对未封装的压电陶瓷驱动器不能承受剪切力、使用时极易损坏,封装的压电陶瓷驱动器价格昂贵等问题,研制了一种弹性套筒作为未封装压电陶瓷驱动器的保护装置。根据弹性力学原理,对圆柱体套筒进行局部切割,形成弹性元件,产生弹性变形。改变弹性套筒的结构参数,可以优化其设计。建立了弹性套筒的驱动力模型。进行了加装弹性套筒的压电陶瓷驱动器位移特性实验,实验结果表明,该装置不影响压电陶瓷驱动器的使用性能,可以保护驱动器,而且加工简单,具有很好的实用价值。

Abstract:

The decision-making of  a novel elastic sleeve was developed,which can protect unsealed piezoelectric(PZT) ceramic driver,for the problem of unsealed PZT extremely easy to be damaged,cannot withstand the shearing force and the very expensive price.According to elasticity theory principle,a circular cylinder sleeve was partially cutted to form elastic elements to generate elastic deformation.By modificating the dimensions of an elastic sleeve,it can optimize displacement and stresses.The driving force model of elastic sleeve was established.The displacement characteristic experiments of PZT setted in elastic sleeve were performed.The experiments show
elastic sleeve does not affect PZT's performance and can protect PZT,moreover it is
processed easily,so it may be widely used.
