摘要:

离合器的协调控制一直是双离合器自动变速器(DCT)控制的难点和重点。基于DCT的结构和工作原理,建立了DCT起步、换挡动力学模型。考虑滑摩功和冲击度两项性能指标,基于线性二次型最优控制,对DCT起步、换挡过程中离合器的压力进行了研究。为简单有效地获得换挡过程中双离合器协调控制的压力曲线,提出了设定两个离合器压力变比系数的方法。讨论了不同的控制加权因子及离合器压力变化速率系数的选择对控制效果的影响。研究结果表明:线性二次型最优控制方法能较好地解决DCT起步、换挡过程中离合器压力控制的问题。

Abstract:

The coordinated control of the dual clutch has always been a hot issue in the DCT control system's research. Based on the running principles and simplified structure of DCT, the dynamics models in the vehicle launch and gearshift process were built. Considering the two performance indicators of the jerk and slipping friction work, linear quadratic optimal control strategy was used to obtain the pressure of
 the twin clutches. Especially, a specific ratio of the pressure change rate between the two clutches was introduced to simplify the optimization during the vehicle gearshift process. Meanwhile, the control effects of the different weighted factors and coefficients of
the two clutches pressure were compared through simulation. The results show that the linear quadratic optimal control strategy can resolve the problem of clutch pressure control in the vehicle launch and gearshift process.
