气浮式空间力矢量测量方法研究

Study on Method of Space Force Vector Measurement Based on Flotation

摘要:

提出了基于气浮测力的力矢量测量方法,设计了一维气浮测力模型和气浮式力矢量测量平台模型,推导得出了空间力矢量的求解公式,研制了气浮式空间力矢量测量平台样机。实验结果表明:沿坐标轴方向加载时,其他坐标轴方向测量值均为零,这表明气浮式测力平台测力时不存在维间耦合现象。三维空间内力矢量测量误差结果如下:力的相对误差为0.2%,力的方向误差为0.5°,作用在气浮平台上力的作用点位置坐标误差为±0.05mm。

Abstract:

This paper presented a new approach of space force vector
measurement based on flotation. One-dimensional force floating measurement model
and the force vector floating measurement platform model were designed. The formulas to calculate the space force vector was given,and a set of force vector floating measurement platforms were developed based on this research. The experimental results show:there is no
coupling during space force vector measurement;the error of the space force vector in
size is as 0.2%, the error of the space force vector in direction is as 0.5° and the error of the space force vector in point coordinates is ±0.05mm.
