摘要:

同步控制是LED多线切割机控制系统成功的关键。分析了传统多线切割机切片过程的受力模型,针对其缺陷设计了一种加工罗拉摇摆装置,并给出其模糊迭代同步控制策略。与单一模糊控制方法相比,该策略充分考虑了机器改进后的结构特点和运行过程中的多种干扰,使用PD模糊控制器使系统迅速达到稳定状态并具有一定精度后,再利用迭代学习控制器消除PD模糊控制器的稳态误差。实验对比证明,该算法具有控制精度高、切片质量好的特点。

Abstract:

A synchronous control is the crucial to success on LED multi-wire saw control system.The stress model of traditional multi-wire saw slicing process was analyzed.Aiming at the limitation of the current system,a rocking processing roller equipment was proposed,and a fuzzy iteration control policy was given in the synchronous control of LED multi-wire saw.Comparing with the sole fuzzy control,this strategy has considered fully the structural feature of the improved multi-wire saw and many kinds of disturbances
 during the operation processes.The PD fuzzy controller enables the system to achieve the steady state rapidly,and the system has certain precision.After achieving steady state,the iterative study controller can eliminate the PD fuzzy controller’s static error.The experimental contrast proves that this algorithm has high control precision and good quality of slice. 
