摘要:

针对自升式钻井平台现有冲桩系统存在的问题,提出了一种冲桩系统改造方案,利用液压机构控制冲桩系统,能将所有冲桩喷嘴打开后同时冲桩。研究结果表明,该系统的冲桩能力明显得到提升,减小了拔桩阻力,从而达到提高拔桩效率和进一步保证平台结构安全性的目的。

Abstract:

According to the problems of existing jetting system,a reform program of jetting system was proposed.The jetting system was controlled by hydraulic mechanism,all of the jetting nozzles can be broken through. The results show that jetting capacity is enhanced significantly and the difficulty during removal of platform is reduced,which achieves greater efficiency of removal platform and further ensures the safety purpose of platform.
