摘要:

在对偏心式摆动活齿啮合副自锁现象的机理进行研究的过程中,提出了临界楔紧角的概念,由此建立了啮合副临界自锁条件。结合具体参数设计,揭示了摆动活齿整个啮合过程中楔紧角的变化规律,并对摆动活齿啮合副进行自锁判断。分析了楔紧角的主要影响因子,由此确定了偏心式摆动活齿啮合副避免自锁的设计准则,并基于型变换设计出三种摆动活齿的结构形式以克服自锁。

Abstract:

A concept of critical wedge angle was put forward based on the analysis of self-locking cause of meshing pairs of eccentric swing movable teeth.Critical self-locking conditions of meshing pairs was deduced.Variation regularity of wedge angle during whole meshing course was analyzed according to a parameter design example and self-locking judgment.The main impact factor of wedge angle was analyzed to obtain non self-lock design criterions of eccentric swing movable teeth.Three types of movable teeth was designed to overcome self-locking based on type transformation.
