Energy Management Strategy Optimization Method Based on SOC Penalty Function

摘要: 为改善军用ISG混合动力车辆的燃油经济性,并有效维持动力电池荷电状态(SOC),将惩罚函数引入传统的等效能量最小策略(EEMS),提出了基于SOC惩罚函数的EEMS优化方法。首先对逻辑规则能量管理策略进行优化,然后在模拟越野循环工况下对优化方法进行仿真验证,最后对整车发电指标进行评价。优化后,动力源之间的转矩得到了更好的协调分配,发动机运行更加平稳,经济性得到了一定改善,稳压和稳流的效果更好。

Abstract: In order to improve the fuel economy of military ISG hybrid power vehicles and ensure SOC of battery to be effectively maintained, a penalty function was introduced into the traditional EEMS. The EEMS based on SOC penalty function was proposed. Firstly, the energy management strategy built on logic rules was optimized. Then the optimization method was verified under the simulated off-road cycles. Finally, generation indexes of the vehicle were evaluated. After optimization, torque distribution among power sources is coordinated better, and the engine runs more smoothly. Meanwhile, the economy is improved, and the stabilizing effects of the voltages and currents are better.
