Analysis and Optimization of Configuration Path for Customized Manufacturing System Based on Dynamic Cloud Manufacturing

基于动态云制造的定制加工系统组态分析及优化

Abstract:

Aimed at rapid built cloud-based manufacturing system on engineering spot, configuration path of cloud manufacturng which satisfied demands of customized production was analyzed. This configuration path was a circle that started leading leaguer and ended leading leaguer. Factors which cloud manufacturing leaguers were selected were analyzed, factors were turned into dimensionless numbers. Configuration path was altered in order to adapt dynamic planning and factors were weighted functions in dynamic planning, so optimization mode of cloud manufacturng configuration path was gained and it could use dynamic planning and LINDO to optimize.Finally,an example was discussed.

摘要:

针对如何在工程现场快速而简单地组建基于云的制造系统这一问题,通过分析适应定制生产要求而组建的基于动态云制造的组态,发现其组态是一个以动态云制造云发起者为起终点的、具有若干阶段的封闭环;通过分析选择动态云制造成员时需考虑的因素,将指标转化为一个体现用户要求的量纲一量;通过对动态云制造组态进行改造,将其改造为适用动态规划的层次结构,然后将体现用户要求的量纲一量作为动态规划的权引入路径优化,从而得到了可以利用动态规划方法和LINDO软件进行优化的组建动态云制造时成员选择的优化模型;最后,讨论了一个具体例子。
