Research on Manufacturing Resource Cloud Integration Meta Modeling and Cloud-Agent Service Scheduling

制造资源云集成元建模及云Agent服务调度研究

Abstract:

The manufacturing resource virtualization is the foundation and core of cloud manufacturing services mode. Firstly, the constitution and properties of manufacturing resources were analyzed, and the logic architecture of manufacturing resource perception and track was present by combining of RFID and object name service. Then a virtual manufacturing resource static-dynamic property integration meta-model was built, which provided a unified description mechanism to heterogeneous and virtual manufacturing resources restruction and integration. In this foundation, by combing agent technology with cloud computing technology, a new concept of cloud agent was promoted, and cloud manufacturing service adaptive management and scheduling were realized by means of an improved contract net mechanism based on the resource management agency. At last, a manufacturing resource cloud service platform prototype system oriented to complex product collaboration manufacturing was given, the validity and practicability were illustrated with an example of steam turbine cloud manufacturing service.

摘要:

针对云制造过程中的制造资源虚拟化问题,分析了制造资源的存在形态、构成及其属性,提出基于RFID技术与对象名解析服务的制造资源感知与追溯逻辑架构,以实现物理制造资源虚拟化;通过建立虚拟制造资源静态-动态集成元模型,为异构、动态的虚拟制造资源的重组和融合提供统一描述机制;在此基础上,将移动Agent和云服务发现机制相融合,提出云Agent(cloud  Agent)的概念,并基于资源中介的改进合同网机制,实现云制造服务自适应管理和调度;给出了面向复杂产品协同的制造资源云服务平台原型系统,并结合汽轮机制造服务协同应用案例,初步实现了制造资源虚拟化和服务部署。
