Abstract:

According to the spiral line space curved beam theory, helical spring force analysis model was set up, and shear deformation, rotational inertia and helix angle were taken into account, so the formulas for calculating stiffness were obtained. By introduction to correction coefficient, accuracy of job stress and strength analysis was improved. Finally, FEA results for design and verification of suspension helical spring show that the above formulas are accurate.

摘要:

根据螺旋线空间曲梁理论,对悬架弹簧进行了受力分析,得到了考虑剪切作用影响、转动惯量影响和螺旋升角的刚度计算公式。通过引入修正系数,提高了所得公式的计算精度,并根据公式讨论了螺旋升角对弹簧刚度的影响。有限元分析和试验方法验证了结论的有效性。
